Life Drawing Wales – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

  • Tickets must be purchased in advance through our website or authorized booking channels.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless agreed by Life Drawing Wales.

2. Age Restriction

  • Participants must be 18 years or older to attend. Proof of age may be requested at the door.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Refunds are only offered if a session is cancelled by Life Drawing Wales.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another session or another person, provided you notify us at least 2 days in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

4. Health & Safety

  • Sessions involve live nude modelling. Participants must respect the model and follow all instructions from the facilitator.

  • Life Drawing Wales reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone behaving inappropriately or in breach of safety guidelines.

  • Please inform the facilitator of any medical conditions that may affect your participation.

5. Conduct

  • Respectful behavior is expected toward models, staff, and fellow participants at all times.

  • Photography, video recording, or any form of recording is strictly prohibited unless prior written consent is obtained.

  • Harassment or inappropriate conduct will result in removal from the session without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Artwork you create during the session is yours to keep.

  • Models retain their image rights. Please do not use sketches, recordings, or photos of the model for commercial purposes without consent.

7. Liability

  • Life Drawing Wales is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury sustained during sessions except where caused by our negligence.

  • Participants attend at their own risk and are responsible for personal belongings.

8. Photography & Marketing

  • We may take photos or videos for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please notify us in advance.

9. Changes to Terms

  • Life Drawing Wales may update these terms at any time. Updated terms apply from the date they are posted on our website.
